This week we learned how to make bird balls as part of our topic ‘Our Nurture Garden’.
We used lard, porridge oats and bird seed and mixed these all together with our hands!
It got very messy but was lots of fun!
We then had to cup the mixture in our hands around a piece of string and hang them on the trees!
We will be keeping our eyes peeled over the next few weeks to see if the birds enjoy them!
