P7 learn about Pantosaurus🦖

12th Nov 2025
In primary 7 we were learning about:
  • ‘appropriate’ and ‘inappropriate’ touching
  • our right to say no to things that make us feel upset or comfortable
  • who we can turn to help if we feel upset or worried
  • behaviours that are respectful and disrespectful

We learnt about first having our class discussion about the PANTs rule and how it can help us. Then we thought about How can the ‘PANTS’ rules help us understand how to treat other people. We collected our ideas by posting notes to make a graffiti wall. After we thought about behaviour scenarios and which of the PANTS rule was being broken. We thought about what the characters could say or do. Finally, we split up into stations and completed;

  • listening to the pantosaurus song
  • listening to the pantosaurus read aloud story
  • designing a pair of PANTS
  • drawing pantosaurus
  • thinking about adults that can help us in school and outside of school - writing adult names in our circles.
