We have been Taking Notice in our playground. We went for a walk to see if we could find signs of Autumn. We noticed that some trees had lost all their leaves. Some of the leaves on the ground were different colours. We took photos with the iPads to record what we saw.
When we went back to class we made pictures of autumn trees. We drew around our arms to make the tree trunk - it was tickly! We used our fingers to dab different colours of paint on for leaves. We used some different tools to see what patterns we could make in the paint.
We listened to the story Leaf Man. It was about a man made out of leaves. We liked looking at the pictures to see what animals we could spot. We made our own leaf creatures out of dried leaves. It was very sticky and messy, but great fun!
